Thanksgiving food drive on September 24th from 10-4.

Location: Curt Garland center.

The BC Thanksgiving Food Drive delivers food and financial support to local food banks throughout British Columbia. In 2022,  volunteers will be collecting food in more than one hundred communities across the province.

This food drive will be city wide and provincial as well with communities throughout BC joining in. Volunteers canvas the city with a flyer and grocery bag during the week of September 19th mentioning that someone will be back on the 24th to pick up the donated items.

The donated items get brought to the center and more volunteers sort and shelf the products to be added to the food bank.
