Hope Lounge

Our vision is for The Salvation Army to become a hub of activity for the community, which is why we have transformed part of our building space into the Hope Lounge!

The Hope Lounge is equipped with the latest technology to allow others from the surrounding communities to attend and participate through specialized software. The large space features a main meeting area with tables and chairs and large TV/Monitor/Screen for group sessions , a couple of breakout spaces for private conversations and a well equipped kitchenette to help provide refreshments during events.

Depending on desired usage, the Hope Lounge can host up to 30 people, with 20 people fitting quite comfortably.

Who can book the Hope Lounge?

Non-profits can book the Hope Lounge and must provide proof that their usage reinforces The Salvation Army mission (to share the love of Jesus, meet human need, and be a transforming influence in the community).

What is the cost?

Everyone must provide a $250 damage deposit at time of booking*.

Usage costs may apply. Please complete the Request Booking Form.

*If the Room is not left in the same condition as you found it, an additional cleaning cost may be levied against your damage deposit.

What insurance coverage is needed?

Yes, you will be required to maintain comprehensive general liability insurance with a minimum limit of $2,000,000 per occurrence, with The Salvation Army Prince George being named as an additional insured.

A copy of the Certificate of Insurance shall be provided to The Salvation Army at least 5 business days before usage.

What days and times are available?

All day, everyday!

The Hope Lounge has it’s own external access and is available for booking in one hour increments.
