FOOD BANK

Essential Groceries to Community Members

Food Bank is for Anyone Experiencing Food Insecurity

It’s hard to imagine what it’s like to have to turn to a food bank, soup kitchen or school meal program in order to have a meal. However, for many Canadians, this is a reality they face every day.

According to Food Banks Canada, over 2 million people turn to food banks for help each month, and over 30% are children and youth.

The Salvation Army Food Bank helps anyone in crisis—families, singles, and those facing situations that have made food security a challenge. We are here to help, to give you hope, and support you through the crisis.
