Online Store Policies

Our online store is full of curated collectibles, vintage dishware, fashion accessories, international treasures, depression glassware and more. As items are dropped off to our thrift locations, some special items are saved and added to our online store.

Most of our online products can be purchased and picked up or we can ship them out to the surrounding region.

How Shipping Works

Our shipping works with a flat rate for BC and the rest of Canada. 

  • For local customers you can let us know in the checkout form comments if you will be picking up the item at the store.
  • For BC customers a flat shipping rate of $20 will be charged.
  • For the rest of Canada the flat rate for shipping is $30.
  • if you are ordering more than one item, you may want to check with us about shipping for combined items.
  • For International shipping, please email.

All parcels will be shipped using Canada Post.

Pricing and Product Availability

Prices and product availability can change at anytime without notice.

Items shown are one of a kind and may be sold at anytime thus making them unavailable or they may get sold “in-store” and would then be removed from the store within a short time.

If you purchase an item and it turns out to have sold, then we will refund you the purchase price.  We will notify you of the refund by email.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted for broken parts or defects in the product which were not shown on the photos or included in the description. Most of the items in our store are one of a kind and in used condition.

Return needs to be postmarked within 30 days of shipping date.  Shipping is not included. The buyer will be responsible for shipping on a returned item.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For customer’s outside of Canada, please note that you are responsible for any duty charges on return item(s). Customs documents should clearly state “Canadian goods being returned to the supplier.”

“I was thrilled to find these Watkins cups on The Salvation Army e-Thrift store website (Prince George) recently. Wasn’t sure how I was going to get them but I knew I just had to have them as I have been searching the web for several years for this set. I called the phone number for their site and Sharon, their co-ordinator, was so helpful and such a pleasant person to deal with. She facilitated my getting these beautiful cups in my mailbox a week later. I was absolutely thrilled when I opened the parcel to see that such care was taken in wrapping the cups to make sure they arrived safe and they were in perfect condition just like Sharon had said they were. Thank you so much, I am enjoying my morning book and coffee in my Watkins mug. Each morning I smile to myself as I say “Which one should I choose today?”

“Sharon, I just want you to know I received the Gomer Pyle thermos to go along with my lunch box which I have had for many years where it mainly sits on a shelf for display – except for the times I use it for my money box when I hold a yard sale! For as long as I’ve had the lunch box I’ve been looking for the thermos, but ones I’ve seen were out of my price range or were too “perfect” for my “loved” lunch box. Imagine then my surprise when my grown son (who also is a collector) texted me one day with a picture of your thermos and on sale to boot. The only hindrance to me was you were in Canada and I didn’t see how I could possibly acquire it. That’s where you entered the picture!! I emailed you if you would consider shipping to of all places Texas and you said you would look into it and get back with me. Well, after A few emails and a couple of phone calls you made it work!! It may seem like a small thing but your politeness meant so much to me I just wanted to thank you once again.
